Very good surgery

I’ve been a patient here for several years and have nothing but good things to say about it. I can easily get through on the telephone and most GPS I’ve seen here have been very knowledgeable, patient and understanding.. The receptionist are polite and always helpful. The nurses are great too. I’ve been a patient at several different GP surgeries around London over the years and this is by far the best.

Simply the Best

I have been a patient of the surgery for many years and have always found the staff to be kind, courteous, supportive and very professional. Obviously, there have been changes made over time as doctors and admin staff have either retired or moved on but I have to say that the present team are maintaining and, in the case of my current GP, even exceeding the high standards I have come to expect. I recommend this GP practice wholeheartedly and without reservation.

First rate surgery

I have been a patient at this practice for a few years now, and really - I cannot fault the care they provide to patients. As a busy practice, appointments aren't always immediately available but the receptionists will always work hard to try and get you seen as soon as possible, whilst doing the tricky job of balancing all the differing demands of a busy practice. I always see the same GP at the practice as he has been involved in my care for quite some time and I personally find that continuity helpful in making decisions together about next steps. I have the utmost respect for this surgery and all the staff here, and long may its reputation in this area remain intact.

Responsive and Efficient Team

I have attended this surgery for many years and now visit more often as I have two young children. I have always found it easy to get appointments within a few days and when needed on the same day if one of my children has been unwell. The doctor I used to see has now retired but I have been happy to see the doctors that have replaced her and have found them to be sensitive and caring. I am happy to recommend this surgery to others and hope that they manage to keep up their high standards.
