Both Face-to-Face and Telephone Consultations Available
One positive eventuality of the covid-19 restrictions was the advent of remote consulting, which has proved popular with some patients allowing consultation on medical issues without having to take time out of busy work, family and home schedules.
All of our clinical staff have continued to work on-site from the practice throughout the whole of the pandemic, adhering to health and safety restrictions. We are now proud to offer telephone, video and face-to-face consultations to suit all patient preferences.
With the recruitment of two new salaried GPs, we are pleased to report that our "wait times" for both telephone and face-to-face appointments are now usually less than 1 week. If you have an urgent problem which you feel cannot wait for the next available appointment, we can book an urgent on-the-day telephone triage consultation with the Duty Doctor, allowing you to get help more quickly.
